New Faculty and Staff: Robin Weishaar

Worthington Christian welcomes Robin Weishaar as an Educational Aide in the Lower School – Grades 3-6. She holds an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, both from Michigan Technological University. Robin is a familiar face at WC, as she has been a substitute teacher for 14 years. Robin and her husband, Bob, are parents to Alyssa and Emily, both WC alums. Robin and Bob celebrated their 30 wedding anniversary and attend St. Luke Lutheran Church in Gahanna.

We asked our new staff members several “getting to know you” questions; we hope you enjoy learning more about Robin!

What is something someone might be surprised to find out about you?
I had open heart surgery when I was four years old.

What is your favorite family tradition?
One of my favorite family traditions is spending time each summer at Holland State Park up in Michigan. It’s a tradition that was started when I was a young child, and we have continued with my family.

What is your favorite homecooked meal?
Lasagna
