NEW FACULTY AND STAFF: STEPHANIE CUSTER
Returning to the Worthington Christian faculty this year is Stephanie Custer (WC ’91). Custer previously taught fourth grade at WC for nine years and has served as a substitute for the last two years. This year she is teaching STEM to grades one through 6, providing young students with lessons in technology and creating science experiments that supplement the science curriculum.
She holds an undergraduate degree in education from Muskingham University and a graduate degree in technology from Ashland University. She and her husband Dan (WC ’86) have four children who are current students at WC. Regarding this new role she shares, “I am looking forward to partnering with teachers to bring technology alive with amazing projects and lessons. I am also looking forward to having students see God in the science experiments that we do together each week in class.”
