Several unsubstantiated groups claim to broadcast WC sporting events

If you spend time on social media, particularly Facebook and Twitter, you have likely seen posts from organizations stating that they will broadcast WC athletic contests. Some outfits have gone as far as using look-alike accounts. For example, one group created a fake OHSAA account. Most of these accounts are fradulent, and are after your credit card information.

When a WC athletic contest will legitimately be broadcast live, we will alert you via the website/app under Athletic Announcements and on our Athletic social media accounts. Don’t be fooled by people posting erroneous links in the comments section. WC has taken action to delete and report scams, but new ones are popping up regularly.
