IT’S TIME TO FUND YOUR LUNCH ACCOUNTS
Returning and new WC families: It’s time to fund your student’s lunch account!
It’s hard to believe, but the 2022-23 school year is almost here. As you are checking items off of your back-to-school to-do list, make sure to log in to your FACTS account and check your “prepay accounts” balance. This is the payment method for WC’s food service and operates on a prepay system—you must maintain a positive balance for your child to purchase lunch. This needs to be done prior to the first day of school.
How to Fund Lunch Accounts
- From your computer: Login into your FACTS-SIS account and click on FACTS. You will see the following when you scroll down the menu on the left: FINANCIAL – Click on FINANCIAL and you can see your Food Service balance and add funds as needed.
- From your phone:
- Open the WC App and click on FACTS Login
- Log in to the FACTS Family Portal
- Click on FINANCIAL from the drop-down menu
**Any prepay account balances for returning families from last year will be applied to the upcoming school year.
