Celebrating difference-makers.
Established in 2009, the Alumnus of the Year award provides the Worthington Christian community—past and present—with a meaningful way to celebrate how the school’s mission is being lived out through the lives of our 3,500 graduates.
Nominations are accepted year-round from the WC community at large.
Each year, a diverse selection committee representing various parts of the school chooses the recipient based on the following criteria:
- Graduate of Worthington Christian School
- A faithful Warrior for Christ
- A positive ambassador for WC
- A difference-maker in their profession, community, or ministry
The recipient is announced each May as part of the school’s commencement celebrations.
