Worthington Christian School’s Strategic Plan for 2024-2027 is the culmination of an 18-month journey marked by profound dialogue and collaboration with our diverse community of stakeholders. From alumni and alumni parents to dedicated teachers and invested parents, and most importantly, our insightful students, every voice has been heard, valued, and integrated into our strategic vision.
Through extensive conversations, surveys, focus groups, and small and large gathering, we’ve gleaned invaluable insights, perspectives, and aspirations. This inclusive process has not only deepened our understanding of the needs and desires of our community but has also reinforced our collective commitment to excellence and our unwavering Christian values.
